We propose a building with a square footprint in the center of the plot, which is characterized by a large overhang of the roof.
The protruding roof fulfills three important functions: It marks the building as a public building in the landscape, visible from afar, it combines all functional areas under one roof and at the same time provides optimal structural protection from the weather and sun.
