The Cihelna Campus is expanded by a new school building for primary and lower secondary education, which urbanistically follows the existing elementary school building, the future gymnasium, as well as the inflatable sports hall located in the western part of the site.

The design concept is based on a formally pure, compact massing solution which, through its sensitive placement on the site, defines external public and semi-private spaces. It offers generous interior spatial layouts while maintaining design efficiency and reasonable investment costs.

The new building is positioned so that its location and main entrance compose the core of the future school district. Through a lightweight roof structure – a connecting walkway (passerelle) – the individual buildings are physically linked, allowing dry-foot circulation between them. This creates a coherent and integrated school campus.

The proposed school integrates all required functions within a single compact, clean volume, while preserving high internal spatial quality and generosity. The design provides optimal use and organization of outdoor spaces, both for school operation and for the surrounding community. Added value is created by an accessible rooftop area with a terrace, intensive greenery, covered outdoor classrooms, and sports facilities.
