The concept of the proposed school is based on a pavilion typology, which collectively forms the structure of the school campus. The design proposes a composition of three geometrically clear, appropriately scaled square volumes, logically distributed across the site. The buildings for the primary level, lower secondary level, and the sports hall are interconnected at their shared center by a unified single-storey volume, which functions as the main entrance hall, foyer, and central circulation hub.
The massing strategy aims not only to achieve a compact overall composition, but also to create clearly defined outdoor spaces that serve both the school itself and the local community in Radlík and Jílové u Prahy. In terms of scale, the two- to three-storey volumes integrate naturally into the surrounding low-rise residential development of family houses.
The outdoor sports facilities are integrated into a generous school garden located in the eastern part of the site. The buildings are designed as timber structures, utilizing modern construction technologies with GLT beams and columns and CLT panels.
